Ingredients

  • ½ cup bengal gram flour/ besan
  • 1 cup white clay
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons of curd
  • 3 drops of orange essential oil

Method 

  • Take a large bowl and add gram flour, white clay, water, curd and essencia oil to it.
  • Combine all the ingredients well  in order to form a smooth paste.
  • Apply a thin layer of this gram flour paste onto the desired area of the body and cover it with a plastic wrap.
  • Leave the plastic wrap on for about an hour and then remove it.
  • Clean the area with a damp cotton cloth.

  • 1 cup epsom salt

  • 50 ml olive oil

Method

  • Take a large bowl and add epsom salt to it.
  • Heat the water until it becomes a little warm and add it to the salt bowl.
  • Mix it well till the salt gets completely dissolved into it.
  • Take a linen bandage and soak it into this salt bath for a couple of minutes
  • In a separate bowl take some white clay and add olive oil, rosemary essential oil and a cup of warm water to it.
  • Apply a thin layer of this mask onto the desired area of your body (from where you wish to lose fat).
  • Wrap it up with the soaked linen bandage and keep it on for an hour. 
  • After one hour remove the bandage and clean the area with a damp cloth.

  • Soak a linen bandage into the salt solution for a couple of minutes.
