Curd or yogurt is very important for our guts as it helps us in maintaining the good bacteria in our gut. Curd may also help in reducing bloating. Curd is also believed to control insulin levels in the body which controls what amount of fat will be stored in the body. Hence, it can be helpful in reducing belly fat.
Banana is full on essential nutrients such as phosphorus and potassium. Potassium helps us in controlling the level of sodium in our body. It can help us get rid of bloating due to water retention. It may help you get rid of water weight in the body. You can have one banana in a day to reduce belly fat.
Beetroot juice is extremely low in calories and contains no amount of fats. You can use this way in summers to reduce abdominal fat. It can not only reduce belly fat but is an effective way for weight loss as well. You can even have a salad by adding avocados to your bowl along with beetroot and cucumber.
