15,000 steps every day
Mandira enjoys exercise and workouts, hence she has a goal to spend at least 5 days a week (sometimes 6 days) doing some physical activity, whether it is gymming or swimming. When she travels (she does not waste time in the room), instead she walks a lot, approximately about 15,000 steps per day (takes care that these numbers are not reduced).

Mandira's diet
- Mandira recommends eating healthy, as one knows what's good for you and what's bad.
- Stay away from sugar (it is not good). She shared that, she had to give up sugar for a long time because it was her weakness.
- Stay away from potatoes. Mandira doesn't take any kind of carbs after lunch. So, these are things that you can do to keep yourself fit.

Mandira's fitness mantra: Cardio, weight lifting and running
Mandira said that she follows HIIT (high-intensity intermittent exercise), which includes both cardio and weight-lifting for continuous three to four days. She also often go for running and the third thing is swimming. So these are some exercises that are Mandira's favorite.
How to begin?
Mandira states that one should start running with 5 minutes. Moreover, those who are about to start running, let them know that they are taking a very good decision (motivate them). Set some small goals in your mind and gradually make them bigger. First, run only five minutes and gradually increase it to ten, fifteen and twenty minutes after each week.
Mandira's postpartum experience
Mandira said that when she delivered the baby, her only wish was to run again, but by then she had gained a lot of weight. So she started with five minutes, then changed it to seven and then ten minutes. Later she changed it into hours.
