Winter Special Hair Oil: Rujuta Diwekar’s Secret Hair Oil Recipe For Healthy Locks

Hair fall, dry scalp and even premature greying are some of the hair care concerns that come our way during this season. To solve all your hair care woes, Celebrity Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar has shared her mother’s recipe of winter special hair oil for dry scalp, hair fall and greying hair. Let us slide right into this and learn how to prepare this oil along with its benefits for your hair and scalp. 

Winter Special Hair Oil

Follow the given instructions to prepare a nourishing herbal oil mix for preventing hair fall, moisturizing dry scalp and preventing premature greying of hair. 

Ingredients

  • 20 Hibiscus Flowers
  • 30 Neem Leaves
  • 30 Curry Leaves
  • 5 small onions
  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1 leaf Aloe vera
  • 15-20 Jasmine Flowers
  • 1 Litre Coconut Oil

Method

  • Take a bowl of water and soak some fenugreek seeds into it for an hour.
  • Take the aloe vera leaf and cut it into small pieces.
  • Take a mixer blender and grind all the ingredients together
  • Add in one litre of pure coconut oil to this grinded paste.
  • Pour this mix into a skittle or pan and heat it for about 30 to 45 minutes on a low flame.
  • As the colour of this oil mix starts to turn green, turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
  • Once cooled, transfer the herbal oil into a glass bottle and massage your scalp well.

Aloe Vera

Jasmine Flowers
