Yoga Poses For Hair Growth
Let’s have a look at how to do each pose one by one:
- Come on your all fours with your palms under your shoulders and knees under the hips.
- Take your arms a few inches forward and curl your toes.
- Gently lift. When done right, you will come in an inverted V position.
- Spread your fingers wide to decrease pressure on your wrists. You might not be able to bring your heels to the floor. This is because of tight hamstrings. But don’t worry, you will be able to do it with increased flexibility.
- Stay in this pose for a few seconds and breathe deeply.
