Meanwhile, during the process, she severely damaged her back but seeing the end result, made her proud of what she has done. Kangana Diet and Fitness
Kangana is a fitness freak. The Thalaivi actress follows a strict fitness and diet regime to maintain her toned body. She works out in the gym for hours and also performs several other types of exercises. She keeps on changing exercise patterns as she gets easily bored of doing the same.

Kangana works out in the gym for two hours and five days a week. She likes to do cardio, weight training, strength training and yoga. Exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups and squats are a part of her regular workout regime. In addition, Kangana relies to a large extent on yoga for flexibility. 45 minutes of yoga a day helps her to stay in shape and relaxes their minds as well.

Kangana's Diet Plan
Kangana is a healthy eater where her food is only nutritious. Oily food is a strict No-No in her diet. Her breakfast mainly consists of porridge or a bowl of whole-grain cereal. Oatmeal is rich in fiber and helps in controlling the cholesterol level of the body. Whole grains are also high in fiber and help in keeping energy levels high throughout the day. In between meals, Kangana likes to snack on fresh fruits and she also drinks protein shake to meet the body's protein requirement. Her lunch consists of salad, rice, roti, daal and boiled vegetables. Kangana believes in eating a light dinner and so, she usually eats vegetable soup and salad at night.
