Dr. Naveen Polavarapu is a Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist, Liver Specialist, and Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopist & Endosonologist at Yashoda Hospitals, Hitec City, Hyderabad, with over 21 years of clinical experience. Over his career, he has performed more than 30,000 endoscopies, 10,000 colonoscopies, 9,000 ERCPs, and 9,000 EUS procedures - making him one of the highest-volume advanced endoscopists in India. Dr. Naveen trained extensively in the United Kingdom, completing an Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship in ERCP and Endoscopic Ultrasound at Aintree University Hospital, Liverpool, and a Liver Transplant Fellowship at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham - a high-volume transplant centre that had completed over 4,000 liver transplants by 2012.
