Dr. M. Sheetal Kumar is a Consultant Physician and Diabetologist at Yashoda Hospitals, Secunderabad, with over 15 years of clinical experience in general medicine and diabetology. He completed his MBBS from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, and went on to earn a DNB in Internal Medicine from Durgabai Deshmukh Hospital (AMS), Hyderabad. He further pursued advanced training in diabetes management through a Post Graduate Diploma from Middlesex University, UK, in collaboration with the WHO, and completed specialised courses in hypertension management from the European Society of Hypertension and thyroid disorder management through the American Thyroid Association. Dr. Kumar has worked with several reputed hospitals across Hyderabad throughout his career. He has expertise in managing diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, anaemia, infectious diseases, and lifestyle-related illnesses. He also has a special interest in obstetric medicine, tropical diseases, and multi-organ conditions, enabling him to handle complex medical cases with a holistic approach. He is additionally recognised for his compassionate care of geriatric patients.
