School of Eminence: A New Chapter in Punjab's Education

The Aam Aadmi Party, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is making waves with a groundbreaking shift in Punjab's education landscape. The School of Eminence institutions are not just bringing back the former glory of public education; they’re also turning students' dreams into reality. The endeavor to provide quality and modern education has started yielding results: as many as 265 students from these schools and other government institutions have qualified for JEE Mains, 44 have cleared JEE Advanced, and 848 students have succeeded in the NEET examination.

Their uniqueness doesn't only lie in results but also in the modern approach. Equipped with smart classrooms, advanced science laboratories, libraries, sports grounds, and swimming pools, the schools stand unlike their predecessors. The government has ensured that children of both rural and urban areas move ahead with equal opportunities.

The Schools of Eminence thereby place special emphasis on the all-round development of the students, not only academically, but morally, socially, and emotionally. Free coaching is being provided for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and defense services. It also includes free bus service facilities, books, uniforms, and shoes, making sure no child is deprived of education due to financial constraints.

Under the Mentorship Program of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the civil officers are mentoring the students in career planning. Similarly, PTMs are actively engaging parents in the learning process. The above initiatives have given new direction and meaning to the public education system in Punjab.
