  • Deliberately delay when you are tempted
  • Maintain social distancing from your phone
  • Turn off your notifications
  • Create speed bumps- Creating speed bumps such as passwords, downtime, limiting your app time and putting your phone on focus mode.
  • Use browser version instead of apps
