  • EZ Bar Curls (Biceps) – 4 sets of 10 reps

  • T-Bar Row (Back exercise) – 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Lateral Raises (Shoulder exercise) – 3 sets of 20 reps

Day Five and Six: Back,  Shoulders, Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Legs, Biceps

  • Close-Grip Pulldowns  (Back exercise) – 4 sets of 12 reps
