To flush out all the oil from your body, drink one glass lukewarm water before your body gets dehydrated and constipated.

Have A Detox Drink

While plain water is an elixir in itself, you can add some lemon juice to it for better benefits. You can also drink infused water to get rid of all the oil and fat from the body. A detox drink helps in flushing out the fat before it gets accumulated in the body to prevent weight gain.
