  • Put some pressure on the tongue scraper and bring in forward putting the same pressure while cleaning the tongue.
  • All the dirt and debris would come along with that.
  • Now put the scraper under running water and clean.
  • Also, spit out the saliva that might have produced during the cleaning process.
  • Repeat the steps for 2-3 times daily. This would completely clean the tongue.
  • After you’re done, clean the scraper with water and store.
  • You may do this twice a day, it varies.
