Apart from few exceptions these natural supplements are helpful in reducing inflammation as well as aid to boost your health.

1. Omega-3 Fatty Acids

These are one of the best supplements to reduce and fight inflammation in body. Omega-3 fatty acids have high anti-inflammatory properties that are extremely efficient in fighting inflammation. These supplements help to fight types of inflammation such as vascular inflammation, degenerative disc disease etc. 


Vascular inflammation causes significant risk of heart problems like heart attacks. Hence having cod liver oil and fish is beneficial in this condition.
