Kiss the ceiling
This is considered as the most effective exercise to reduce double chin. Sit straight and lift your face up. Now form an O with your mouth as if you are kissing the ceiling. Try to pull your lips as much as possible. Now hold this position and count till 10. Now come back to the starting position. Repeat this exercise for at least 5 times to see effective results.
Resistance on the chin
Put your both fists under your chin and keep then firm. Now try to push your chin downwards on your fists. It will create a resistance between the chin and the fists. This exercise will put pressure on the facial muscles. While pressing your chin against your fists, you should increase the force gradually. When you feel maximum resistance hold the position for 3-4 seconds. Later get back to the starting position and repeat this exercise 5-6 times.
It is another way to reduce double chin as well as puffy cheeks. To make a fish face suck your cheeks in and try to hold this position for at least 10 seconds. You should make a fishy face at least 5-6 times a day. Fish face is more effective to reduce fat from cheeks but it also affects the muscles around your jawline.
These exercises will help you lose extra fat below your chin but you should also take care of what you eat. You should avoid fatty foods and should only consume healthy fats. Processed foods and carbonated drinks should also be strictly restricted. With some dietary changes and regular exercise, you will get rid of double chin gradually.
