In an India based study published by the Oxford University Press, treatment with one Ashwagandha capsule daily for 90 days improved memory, focus, psychological well-being, sleep quality, and reduced stress levels. Here are its benefits and side-effects as llisted by Dr Chaudhary:

Tulsi

Dr Chaudhary said, "Tulsi, or holy basil, is considered sacred in Ayurveda. It is revered for its ability to balance emotions and calm the mind." A study published in the Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine informed that regular consumption of tulsi reduces toxic mental stress by acting as an anti-depressant.
