1. Deep Fried Foods
Fried food products are not good for your health and deep-fried ones can actually cause inflammation in the stomach and result to constipation. Deep fried food items are usually heave and difficult to digest, therefore it is not healthy for people going through digestive disorders. It can easily cause constipation that can slowly lead you to piles and poor digestive system.
2. Spicy Food
Eating spicy food is very problematic and can cause piles situation quite easily. Having spicy food in your meals lead to painful bowel movements, also the schezwan fried rice and pepperoni pizza, etc. can lead to excretory problems and inflammatory bowel diseases. Spicy food of any kind must be avoided in regular meals in order to prevent piles.
3. Consumption of alcohol
Alcohol intake is a big reason for piles and constipation. Consumption of alcohol does not only disrupt your digestive balance but also depletes nutrients that cause dehydrating effect in the gut. 7. Excessive Fiber in diet
Depending on the type of fiber intake, consumption of too much fiber can cause piles. Interestingly, fiber can actually relieve constipation if taken in minimal or adequate amount. Eating lots of fibers in bulk quantity and causing disbalance of nutrition in the diet can affect piles. Regular optimal levels of gut iron can actually cause difficult gut health.
