The report comes after a serious health scare involving her father, Srinivas Mandhana. According to reports, he developed symptoms of a heart attack just as wedding preparations were underway. Dr Naman Shah, Director of Sarvhit Hospital in Sangli, told the media that Mr Mandhana began experiencing pain on the left side of his chest, a classic warning sign. Despite his worrying symptoms, Dr Shah says there were no immediate changes on the echocardiogram. The cardiology team has placed him under close monitoring, including continuous ECG and possibly angiography, to further investigate his heart health. Medical experts believe that the physical and mental stress of final wedding preparations may have contributed to the episode.
