Weather changes are always pleasant as they provide a strange pleasure to people. But some people do not like the change in the weather as they feel disturbed between such changes. Some people call it 'mood swings', some associate it with bad memories (that may have happened in the past). But there is nothing like it. Such people suffer from SAD i.e. 'Seasonal Affective Disorder'.

Causes of Seasonal Affective Disorder

Serotonin deficiency in the body

A major cause of seasonal affective disorder in the weather changing season is a decrease in sunlight, which causes the serotonin levels in the body to fall. Serotonin is the main hormone that affects our mood, appetite and sleep patterns.

Melatonin increase sadness

Melatonin, which is the biggest cause of sleep and depression, is increased during the weather change. In such a situation, people start feeling lonely and suddenly become depressed.

The arrival of the autumn season means the end of about three-quarters of a year. In such a situation people become unhappy and feels that the year is over. No one can explain this feeling because it is completely psychological. Everyone can have their own personal, social and professional reasons. In such a situation, do not be tempted to leave any work.

Day and night patterns

People are often unable to balance the weather change happening between day and night. Due to disturbances in the balance, it affects our mind and we become unnecessarily irritable. In such a situation, it is important to change your routine, make it in a new way and then slowly get into it.
