Sage Tea Recipe

We are telling you step-by-step on how to make a simple sage tea.

You need:

  • Fresh or dried sage leaves
  • Lemon
  • Honey
  • Water
  • Other herbal tea bags (optional)

Method:

  • In a pan, add water and bring it to a boil.
  • Turn off the flame and add sage leaves(fresh or dried).
  • Put the lid on the pan and keep it aside for 3-5 minutes.
  • Strain the tea. You may reuse the leaves for one more time.
  • Now, as per your taste, add lemon juice and honey to it.
  • If you want to make a fusion tea, put a herbal tea bag(of your choice) in the cup. 
  • Your Ayurvedic sage tea is ready. Sip and enjoy it!
