These days, companies are understanding the problems of employees and they are willing to take necessary steps to ease their load. Organisations can take steps and initiate wellness programs to promote mental health and well-being. These need to be prioritised at the policy level by governments and organizations. The first step in resolving any problem is identifying it and then taking the necessary steps to curb the problem.
