PM Modi reviewed corona vaccine development: PM Modi visits the three centres today to review the progress of the corona vaccine.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on a 3- city vaccine tour: As per the PM's schedule, he visited the headquarters of Serum Institute of India, Bharat Biotech and Zydus Cadila today. He reviewed the progress of COVID-19 vaccine visiting Pune, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. PM Modi visited each lab of the three cities and had a brief conversation with the scientists while collecting complete information about the vaccine.

Let us inform you that Oxford and AstraZeneca are making a vaccine named 'Coveshield' at Serum Institute. The team at Serum Institute of India shared details about their progress so far, on how they plan to ramp up vaccine manufacturing further. PM Modi also took a look at their manufacturing facility.

After reaching Hyderabad, PM Modi praised the efforts of the scientists of Bharat Biotech. Modi tweeted that Bharat Biotech team is working on the COVAXIN in collaboration with ICMR. PM Modi said that scientists would give certificates to the vaccine. As several vaccine trials are in their final stages; therefore, the government is reviewing the development of the COVID vaccine. The government has a focus on smooth, systemic, sustainable immunization. PM also added that no one has the same experience of vaccination as India.

PM Modi at Zydus Cadila Healthcare (Ahmedabad)
PM Modi reached Ahmedabad at Zydus Cadila healthcare after meeting the scientists at Bharat Biotech (in Hyderabad). PM Modi said that the vaccination of corona vaccine would be in 4 stages, although the price of the vaccine has not been fixed at present. Government of India is actively working with Zydus Cadila to support them in this journey.
COVID-19 Vaccine: The number of corona-infected patients is increasing every day. At the same time, the Corona vaccine is being made in the country to deal with the coronavirus. PM Modi first arrived in Ahmedabad today to take stock of the preparations for the corona vaccine at Zydus Biotech Park. He reviewed the company's development on the ZyCOV-D vaccine.
