Nordic diet means food eaten in Nordic countries, including Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Iceland. This diet includes locally available food items and drinks. Berries are an excellent source of chemical anthocyanin from the tree. They lower blood pressure and make blood vessels more flexible, where berries make an essential part of the diet.
