3. Walking or Going Out

Just walking or roaming outside your house for 20 minutes can benefit people suffering from this condition and improve their concentration as well. Greenery and nature settings are most effective in this case. It helps to improve their concentration and increase calmness in their minds.

4. Try Tai Chi or Yoga

Yoga can be used as a therapy for people suffering from ADHD. This can also be possible with Tai Chi. According to a research of National Institute of Neuromedical Sciences, people practising yoga or tai chi showed considerable improvements in hyperactivity and anxiety issues. Especially it was helpful in cases of boys who were indulged in yoga and meditation. The studies found that they also day dreamed less and participated in class twice a week. This can show significant improvement in ADHD.
