For home remedy, put Epsom salt in bucket full of warm water, mix it well and soak yourself in this water for good 10-20 minutes. This will relieve symptoms of lupus disorder, however, it is not recommended to kidney and diabetes patients.

You can have tulsi in various forms, best is to chew it raw. Otherwise you can add it in the herbal tea, or garnish it on vegetables and salads. You can also dip it in water for 10 minutes, add honey in it and then drink it to provide relief from symptoms.
