5. Use Epsom salt for bath

One of the major symptoms of lupus disorder is fatigue. This can be cured with the help of Epsom salt in warm water. To reduce symptoms of lupus disorder, you must take Epsom bath that can improve magnesium absorption in the body. Epsom salt also helps to get rid of toxins present in the body that causes joint pain and inflammation in the body. For home remedy, put Epsom salt in bucket full of warm water, mix it well and soak yourself in this water for good 10-20 minutes. You can have tulsi in various forms, best is to chew it raw. Otherwise you can add it in the herbal tea, or garnish it on vegetables and salads. You can also dip it in water for 10 minutes, add honey in it and then drink it to provide relief from symptoms.
