2. Olive Leaves Extract 

Extracts of olive leaves contain bioactive compounds. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. Alternatively, you can take 1 capsule made of an extract of olive leaves per day. This will help you in getting immediate relief from edema. 

3. Grape seed extracts

Grape seed extracts have antioxidant properties. It can be used in the treatment of edema as it is also helpful in reducing inflammation. You can take supplements made from it.
