Banana Oat Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mashed bananas
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • One and a half Cups of whole wheat flour
  • Half cup oatmeal flour
  • 1/3 cup extra light virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chopped walnuts

Step 1: Take a bowl and combine whole wheat flour, oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar.

Step 2: Take another bowl and add mashed ripe bananas, egg, olive oil, and vanilla essence. 

Step 3: Combine the ingredients of the bowls together. 

Step 4: Take a baking pan and brush it with some olive oil.

Step 5: Add the batter for the banana bread to the baking pan. Use chopped walnuts as its toppings.

Step 6: Place the baking pan in the oven, preheated at 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake it for 50-55 minutes. 

Step 7: Voila, your banana oat bread is ready to serve.

Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 lemons
  • 6-inch round sponge cake
  • One and a half cups whipping cream
  • 2 cup fruit juice
  • 8 tablespoons brown sugar

Step 1: Slice the peeled bananas into roundels. 

Step 2: Add it to a bowl and pour the juice of 2 lemons in it.

Step 3: Cut the cake in half horizontally, then pour fruit juice over both pieces. Let it soak. 

Step 4: Cut them into strips and mix them with the bananas. Mix in the remaining fruit juice.

Step 5: Add whipped cream to it and mix it gently.

Step 6: Divide the banana mixture evenly among the stemmed glasses.

Step 7: Distribute the remaining whipped cream evenly among the glasses. 

Step 8: Sprinkle brown sugar over each glass and enjoy your banana pudding.

Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 mashed bananas
  • 2 cups refined flour 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cups castor sugar 
  • One and a half cups of buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil to cook
  • Honey or maple syrup to serve

Step 1: Take a large bowl and add refined flour, baking powder, eggs, bananas, buttermilk, and castor sugar. Stir it well.

Step 2: Take a non-stick pan and heat oil over medium heat.

Step 3: Pour the flour mixture into the pan and cook until bubbles start to appear. 

Step 4: Turn the pancake and cook it till it turns golden. 

Step 5: Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture.

Step 6: Serve it with maple syrup or honey.
