Believe it or not, a breakup hurts, and if it is solely because of the way you look, it can even be more shattering. After a heart-wrenching breakup, Garvit Gautam, a 25-year-old businessman from Noida faced a pivotal choice: surrender or fight. Refusing to let his circumstances define him, Garvit embarked on an awe-inspiring transformation. Over the course of three months, he devoted himself to reclaiming his life and went from 95 kg to 70 kg.
In a candid interview with Onlymyhealth, Garvit Gautam took us over his obstacles, shedding an astounding 25 kg in a mere three months, emerging stronger and more resilient than ever.
"How I Gained Fat"
"My weight was around 80kgs when we started dating, and it increased as a result of us visiting new cafés every day," Gautam said. We had a tradition of going out and trying Korean food, which is high in spices and calories. Gautam said that I quickly began to gain fat around my stomach. My skin quality began to deteriorate, and at the end of six months, I had gained 15 kg.

"I Was Not Able To See Myself In Mirror"
"After six months of cafe eating, my weight had reached 95 kg, and everyone started disliking me," Gautam revealed. I had gained such a significant amount of weight that clothes, previously deemed too small for me, now clung uncomfortably tight around my tummy and thighs. "Waking up and getting ready was one of the most difficult parts of the day as I had to confront the mirror, which indicated that all I now have is this chubby face," he added.

The Turning Point
"I lacked confidence and was extremely self-conscious about my excessive weight." But it was also when I was full of anger and needed to get over this breakup that I chose to engage in physical activity," Gautam explained. Gautam was finally able to achieve a healthy weight after 90 days of sweating. He currently weighs 70 kg and is in better shape than ever.
Garvit Gautam Weight Loss Diet
When asked about his secret diet and fitness strategy, Gautam responded, "I was bored of eating after constantly eating outside food and junk." The first step I made was to begin eating only when I was hungry or at the end of a workout. The next step was to eliminate all packaged foods from my diet. Third, I began including low-calorie items such as vegetables, whey protein, and oats. Finally, I began checking my water levels and made sure that my urine was clear for the majority of the day.

3 Hours Of Sweat
Gautam said that I started working out as a way of getting my mind out of a breakup as it would put me in a meditative state. But very soon, I got addicted and started spending close to three hours in the gym working out. He stated that my workout would start by doing 500 crunches, followed by a strength training session and would my workout with 30 minutes of cardio. There was nothing fancy, my goal was just to burn the memories as well as calories.

1) Weight loss is all about consuming fewer calories, which can be easily established by drinking more water throughout the day.
