For this study, the researchers selected 30 people whose weight was very high. Two groups were formed. The first group was exercising without breakfast, while the second group was exercising after breakfast. Scientists found that the body of those people was burning fat fast; those who were exercising without eating.

In fact, after starving overnight, in the morning, when you exercise without eating anything, the body starts burning and converting the energy already stored in the body into energy instead of a new energy source. Besides, when you are on an empty stomach, your muscles are more sensitive to insulin, which allows the body to convert the fat stored in cells into energy rapidly. This is the reason that people who exercise daily in the morning have a slight risk of heart attack and diabetes.

No breakfast, but water is important
An empty stomach does not mean that you do not eat or drink anything before exercise. You need to hydrate your body after getting up in the morning and before the workout, so you should drink all the water you desire. Also, during exercise, if you feel thirsty, drink water. Not taking adequate liquid can cause dehydration of your body.
