In today’s fast-paced world, busy lifestyle is common to all. Everyone is busy with his or her professional life, family responsibilities, social commitments or education. More than half of a day is spent in balancing between all the obligations. This leaves you with little time to plan a balanced diet, exercise regime or a laborious physical activity such as brisk walking, dancing or swimming. In such a hectic schedule, you may end up gorging on fast food, packaged food, take-away meals or unhealthy snacks to save yourself from preparing nutritious meals. This causes you to consume higher calories than the required amount, thereby increasing your bulges exponentially and reminding you that you need to lose weight to get back to a perfect body shape. Weight gain can result in some severe problems such as obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol or cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, schedule a gym to get a healthy and flab-free body.
It is known that as age increases weight also increases. As people (especially women) get older, they tend to put on excess weight. Weight gain due to increasing age involves many factors such as sedentary job, reduced physical activities, hectic lifestyle, unhealthy diet and hormonal changes. Controlling your imbalanced hormone levels due to age factor is obviously not in your hands, but surely, you can bring changes in sedentary lifestyle, thereby elevating your chances of having a healthy body and life later or when you (women) are nearing menopause. No matter how busy your life is, you need to carve out 45 minutes in a day for rigorous exercise regime. If you cannot join a gym, indulge in at-home exercises such as yoga, dancing, aerobics, jumping, rope skipping or morning walk.
Another one of the most common weight loss problems is slow metabolism body rate (the rate at which the body burns calories). Your metabolism slows down when you start consuming too little food in an attempt to lose weight quickly. Your body cannot adjust to this change immediately and takes it to be a drought situation, thereby, slowing down your metabolic rate to adjust to the lower calorie intake. Slow calorie burning rate makes it more difficult to lose weight. The solution does not lie in eating less instead eat more, but follow a healthy diet, healthy eating manners and dedicated exercise routine.
