4 Low Energy Levels & Short Of Breath
Low energy levels on a regular basis can be a sign of a variety of problems. For example, you could be sick, overworked, or not lacking enough sleep. At the same time, having difficulty breathing may indicate that you should have your lungs checked. However, the majority of our work is done on screens, which often leads to exhaustion and depletion of minerals like iron and zinc. The best thing you can do is start eating eggs, which are high in essential vitamins and minerals.
5 Bleeding Gums
Sometimes, using too much pressure when brushing might make your gums bleed; however, a vitamin C deficiency can also be a factor. Your body requires a daily replacement of this nutrient because it is important for immunity and wound healing. So, if your wounds are taking longer to heal, increase your intake of vitamin C rich foods.
