It comes under Vata Dosh, hence we would look at some ayurvedic remedies that are effective to reduce lower back pain.

1. Capsaicin

Feverfew is an effective tool in reducing the affect of migraines, headaches, stomach pain, and toothache. This ayurvedic herb is also used to treat pain in different parts of the body because it is associated with canker sores. 

This remedy can be given to people of almost all the ages. Quantity of dose needs to be measured for different aged people. It can be had along with milk, tea, and as an herbal mixture. Feverfew needs to be avoided by pregnant women as it may cause some effects on their health.

4. Turmeric 

Turmeric has been long used remedy to treat a number of problems that are associated with inflammation and pain in the body. It is also a natural cure for injuries and problems related to manage damage of cells in the body. Turmeric is a spice that also helps to reduce pain of arthritis and heartburn. It also reduces inflammation in the body and prevents problems related to inflammation of muscles to stay away for longer duration.
