Gallbladder stones can be cured with a high fiber diet, and this is why you should by all means eat meals that are rich in fiber and vitamins. Psyllium is a great remedy here for gallstones. Psyllium is a great source for soluble fibers and it can bind to your cholesterol present in the bile. This would then help to prevent gallstone formation. The herb will also help to prevent constipation, which may at times lead to the formation of gallstones.
Along with treating gallstones with the above herbs, you should also go through some diet and lifestyle changes. You must make sure that you drink enough water every day, and if you are overweight then you must make an effort to reduce your weight. Above all, eat healthy, and avoid fatty foods, and try to exercise regularly. Vitamin C is great for gallstones, and therefore eat foods that include this vitamin in abundance.
