After that, turn yourself and start walking in the North to South direction for another 21 minutes. This has a great significant in spiritual wellness regimen.

Practise Himalaya Pranama

This is an ancient practice which is found to increase awareness and improve concentration. This has a spiritual link as experts believe this balances energies and rhythm of the body. Besides, doing this regularly can amplify energy levels and regulate menstrual cycle.

Modify your diet

  • Make sure to include a good proportion of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and carbohydrates in your diet.
  • Seasonal fruits and vegetables are more appropriate; leave out food items like watermelons, and brinjals.
  • Try to avoid fried and spicy food as much as well. While it may be tempting in the cold winter days, this can hamper your health and affect wellness. It is best to have healthy and home-cooked meal.
  • Keep yourself hydrated. Drink water at regular intervals even if you don’t feel thirsty to avoid getting dehydrated. Have fruits and vegetables juices.

In a nutshell, go outside and enjoy life rather than hiding yourself inside under a blanket. Step outside to enjoy the winter winds with your friends, family, and loved ones. Take in the environment and chilly winter air as you are surrounded by trees.
