CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is an omega-6 fatty acid. While it is a trans fat, it aids in the weight loss process. You can easily get enough CLA by eating eggs, chicken, and fish, but if you are a vegan, you can supplement it. CLA is most effective when used in the later stages of weight loss, i.e., in the final weeks, and should be consumed before your cardio sessions.

4) Magnesium
