“Our body has an internal clock called the circadian rhythm. Morning sunlight helps reset this clock, signalling your brain to stay awake during the day and to produce melatonin (the sleep hormone) at night,” he added. This suggests that spending even 20 minutes in natural light in the morning can make it easier to fall asleep and enjoy deeper rest.

Sunlight is the best natural source of Vitamin D, which plays a role in keeping skin healthy and supporting strong bones.
