What is the goal of our life? People may have different answers to this question, but the aim is the same, that is, "to be happy". Happiness… this is the nutshell that we want from our lives. But are you happy about your life? Have you ever introspected that what keeps you away from your happiness? No. Then let's try to know how you can be positive, energetic and lively.


First of all, try to find out what inspires you. What does makes you feel happy? Is it sports, music or your friends. Whatever it may be, take some time out of your daily life to do all these things.
