2. Power Nap

4. Splash Cold Water Or Turn On A Fan
Water helps greatly to bid sleepiness a goodbye. If you are feeling very sleepy during your work hours, splash some cold water on your face, let it sit on for some time and then pat it dry. You are then suggested to go and sit under a fan so that a cool temperature in maintained inside your body and around your vicinity. Just like the wind, the cool air of the fan will increase the alertness.
