- Eat plenty of vegetables, whole grains and fruits: This food have vitamins and minerals, especially antioxidants and epithelial lining vitamins like Vit E, Vit A and zinc element, which helps to fight the body against germs. A balanced diet consisting of fat, protein, carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins, minerals, and water is essential to ward off numerous diseases and health complications.

- Wash your hands: Washing your hands repeatedly with water and soap, helps to eliminate the germs which can have easy access to the mouth due to the habit of touching face at intervals. It is an easy way to keep away from bacteria leading to complicated diseases. The child should be taught the proper technique of washing the hands at an early age so that it becomes a regular practice later in life.
- Drink plenty of water: It is crucial to keep the body hydrated to have a healthy body. Drinking 8 glasses of water in a day is critical in staying fit and maintaining the function of every system in our body. Water carries nutrients to our cells and flush out bacteria from our bodies and prevent constipation.

It stimulates chemicals that have a positive impact on depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
