Tibetan Noodle Soup Recipe
Experience the Tibetan serenity on your plate this winter. Tibetan food is extremely healthy and soothing on stomach. So in case, you are tired of those curries and gravies, this a must try for you.
Key Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of Paprika, 1 tablespoon of ginger (peeled and minced), 2 cups of pasta (boiled and softened), 1 ½ teaspoon of refined oil, 2 tomatoes (diced), 4 cups of chicken broth, 4 cups of washed spinach leaves, 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, 9 garlic cloves (chopped), 30 grams of lamb pieces (cut into thin slices), 2 onions (peeled and chopped)
Sauté garlic, onion, tomatoes and ginger in oil. Stir in the lamb pieces and muddle it well in oil. Add the stock and the rest of the ingredients and bring it to boil. Simmer it for 15 minutes or so and serve.
Nutri-check: Chicken broth is known for curing cold and flu. It is also helpful for curing chill-blends.
