As per Free Press Journal, Prajakta Koli starts her day with a glass of warm water with lemon. It is known for its detoxifying properties and helps kick start metabolism. This simple yet effective morning ritual sets a positive tone for her day. “A glass of warm water with lemon in it,” said the actress revealing what she takes first in the day. 

For breakfast, the Mismatched actress enjoys half-fried eggs alongside avocado toast drizzled with chilli oil. Her preference for this meal highlights her inclination towards nutritious yet flavorful options. “It's my favourite breakfast,” she added. 

Her lunch typically consists of home-cooked meals, often having seafood, which is a staple in her family's diet due to their Koris heritage. A common lunch might include fish and rice, showcasing her connection to traditional dishes. For Prajakta, “fish and rice is a regular meal.”

In the evenings, the 31-year-old actress opts for ragi porridge, which is rich in fibre and beneficial for digestion. This choice reflects her focus on wholesome snacks that contribute to overall health. Her dinner is similar to her lunch choices, often consisting of rice bhakri (rice roti) paired with either fish curry, dal khichdi with chicken, or bhindi (okra).

For Prajakta, her parents are wonderful cooks, “they truly are amazing," she says. "The fish fry that my mother makes is the best fish fry I have ever eaten in the world, perfectly crispy and bursting with flavour. And the biryanis that my father prepares are simply the best biryani I've tasted anywhere, rich in spices and cooked to perfection." 

She fondly recalls family gatherings where the aroma of her mother's cooking fills the air, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. "Food has always been a way for us to connect as a family," she adds.

Prajakta Koli Can’t Say NO To This Dessert

In the same conversation, Mostly Sane claims not to be overly fond of desserts. However, she has a few favourites that she cannot resist. These include strawberry cream cake from a friend's bakery, as well as traditional Indian sweets like mishti doi (sweet yoghurt) and gulab jamun. “There's one dessert that I can never say no to -- strawberry cream cake fresh from my friend Pooja Dhingra’s bakery,” she said. This balanced approach allows her to enjoy treats without overindulging.
