Kidney stones are formed due to excess of minerals in the kidneys which causes severe pain on the side part and back of the body. Kidney stones do not initially show symptoms until they pass on the ureter. When the stone moves from one place to another, there is severe pain. Apart from this, symptoms of pain while urinating, changing the colour of urine, desire to urinate frequently, etc. start appearing. Lack of water in the body i.e. dehydration, due to improper diet can also cause kidney stones. This is a serious condition because it causes unbearable pain.
You can take parsley to get the kidney stone out naturally. Parsley is a herb rich in antioxidants and flavonoids that fight free radical damage. It also prevents the formation of calcium oxalate which is the major cause of kidney stones. Besides, the presence of vitamin K, vitamin E and folic acid prevents calcification. Therefore, you can remove kidney stones at home using parsley keeping in mind its amazing properties.

To prepare parsley water, you need fresh parsley, a lemon and half a cucumber. Boil parsley leaves for at least 15 minutes and then let it cool. Cut the cucumber into pieces and squeeze the lemon into the parsley mixture. After that let it cool overnight and in the morning you can sieve it and drink it.

For parsley tea, you need to boil a cup of water and add freshly chopped parsley leaves to it. Leave this mixture for 10-15 minutes so that the water can taste parsley. To add some sweet taste, you can add a drop of honey to it.
Parsley juice also requires carrots, beets, cucumber and lemon. Carrots and beets also help in kidney purification. Therefore, to make the juice you have to soak the parsley in hot water for 20 minutes. Peel the carrots, beets and celery. Take a juicer and add all the ingredients together to mix well. You can also add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Afterwards, take out the juice in a glass, squeeze the lemon in it and take it immediately.

Parsley drink is good medicine to treat kidney stones. However, consultation with a doctor is important before choosing any home remedy because the nature of everyone's body varies.
