Nora Fatehi’s fitness mantra isn’t as strict as it seems and we’re shocked
Bollywood industry has welcomed lots of newcomers with crazy dance numbers and recreating a song with their breathtaking moves. One of our favourite songs that got stuck in our mind would be Dilbar! The older version had beautiful Sushmita Sen grooving to the song and the newer version has got Nora Fatehi. Being an ex contestant of the dance show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and reality show Big Boss 9, she had gained immense followers and popularity. She has bagged hit films like Stree, Batla House and her latest movie Street Dancer D3. In an interview to a website, Nora Fatehi said “ I am going to break barriers saying that foreigners cannot act or they don’t know hindi and have limitations.”
Nora is known for her amazing belly dancing moves and her perfect body. Her abs have definitely got us drooling. We are sure that she is obsessed with dance and workout as she slays her Instagram posts. Check out those amazing dance moves and workouts that may help us get toned abs just like her.

The Workout Routine
Nora Fatehi’s fitness routine is not as strict as we thought. Usually you can see her various dance performances videos and rehearsals where she enjoys being herself. Her daily routine includes functional training, weight lifting, pole dancing, pilates and belly dancing. In one of her interviews Nora says “ I don’t hit the gym often, nor do I workout regularly as I tend to lose weight easily. I often used to do pilates which is actually great for toning up by body but I prefer thickness around the lower body”. Could we blame her amazing metabolism for that fit body?
The stunner can be seen dancing to any form be it belly dancing, hip hop or contemporary. Belly dance helps her to stay fit and tone out her abs, also making her back more flexible. It is hard to believe that she wasn’t trained in any dance form. She claims it to be the outcome of her hard working practices. Recently she has started practicing pole dance that’s amazing for core workout and effective.
The Diet Plan
We thought this might be a difficult task to maintain that body but we’re wrong. Nora is a foodie just like any of us who loves eating pani puri, chaats and crave for various junkies. “ Food is something that I enjoy and I eat whatever I like. I kinda admit i do eat junk foods like pizzas, burger that make me happy” says Nora.

Often, Nora manages time to make herself fit, she says “ I definitely dance whenever I get the chance. I guess you can say that any form of workout or exercise for me would be dance!”She doesn’t restrict herself from eating junk foods nor does she follow any strict diet, unless she has been instructed by the filmmakers for the role. Nora struggled with weight gain during the beginning of her career but today she’s the fittest person in bollywood.
