She shared the recipe of her bedtime drink which helps her ease bloating, improve digestion, and promote better sleep. Neha Dhupia added that there’s something deeply comforting about sipping on a “warm, fuzzy drink right before you go to bed.”

The actor explained the recipe in a simple way. She noted that all you need is – boiled water added with a few everyday kitchen ingredients such as saunf, ajwain, jeera, some chopped ginger, and lemon. She added that lemon is optional. Neha Dhupia cited that she personally likes to add it. The mixture is then boiled for about 5 minutes. “There you go, your night-time anti-bloating drink is ready. It works like magic for me. Looks good, tastes good,” she said in the video.
