Ryosuke Miki, a Japanese actor, has devised this technique abruptly. Through this technique, he reduced his weight up to 13 kg and waist by 4.7 inches (in just a few weeks). Miki's technique is called Long Breath Diet, in which you have to stand in a particular pose and breathe in for three seconds and breathe out vigorously for seven seconds. It is a fact that this exercise of breathing helps in weight loss. Many doctors in Europe have supported the claim that it is quite effective.

This exercise can be done from two minutes to (a maximum of) 10 minutes per day. For this you have to:

  • Stand up straight. Move one leg forward and the other back.
  • Keep the hip straight and put all the weight of the body on the back paws.
  • Breathe in slowly for about 3 seconds and take the hands above the head.
  • After this, by connecting all the muscles of the body, exhale vigorously for seven seconds.
  • This exercise will not only help in reducing belly fat but will strengthen your body muscles and make your metabolism strong.
