Wash your hands and feet before sleeping and after that do meditation. By doing this regularly, you will get positive results.

When you wake up between 3 AM and 5 AM: If your eye opens between 3 AM and 5 AM, then you find yourself connected with spiritual power. Your soul gets a sense of divine energy, and you may see an unusual change. Some people believe that waking up during this time awakens the Kundalini Chakra.
