Healthy Pancake Recipe

 Pancake Kill the mundane food atmosphere on a Monday morning with these soft pancakes. Let’s all pledge to make our platters interesting!

 

Key Ingredients: 1/3 cup of skimmed milk, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of refined sugar/ or sugar-free, 2 large eggs (exclude the yolk of one), 1 ½ cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of refined oil, salt as per taste

 

Blend all the ingredients well in the blender and pour dollops of the batter onto the frying pan and fry it with oil. Toss the pancake coins till both the sides appear to be cooked properly. Serve it with curd or even butter!

 

Nutri-check: Pancakes can be interestingly filling yet remain light on stomach. It is non-acidic and rich in proteins as well!
