Healthy Meat Recipe

Eating healthy can at times become an extremely selective process. And any diet-chart always would exclude certain food items as per the body time. In such cases, lean meat is the safest option.


Key Ingredients: 1 cup of ready-to-eat oats (but uncooked), 450 grams of mutton/chicken (shredded), 1 egg (beaten), 1 packet of onion soup mix, 1 tablespoon of olive oil


Mix all the ingredients well until it turns into a smooth paste. Make it into balls of a desired sixe and fry it in oil. Serve!
