Certain body parts such as feet and underarms release strong and unpleasant odour when the sweat glands are overactive. However, your sweat is only partially responsible for the bad odour because unpleasant odour occurs when your body sweat mixes with bacteria. As you may know bacteria is known to flourish quickly in an environment which is warm and moist, so your sweaty underarms and feet provide them the perfect breading grounds.

Apart from the bacteria mixed sweat, your poor hygiene, deficiencies of nutrients, gastrointestinal problems such as chronic constipation and underlying medical conditions like liver or diabetes can also result in unbearable smell.

You can always buy deodorants, roll-ons and perfumes to tackle the problem of body odour, but these products can only solve the problem temporarily.
