So, for a few days, limit your coffee consumption.
2) Face Wash & Carry Cloth
Make it a habit to wash your face before and after you go to the gym. This not only helps in removing dirt but also keeps the pores from becoming clogged with dirt. Moreover, keep a cloth with you while working out and keep cleaning your sweat. The best way is to wash your face every 20 minutes while working out.

3) Avoid Touching Your Face
When you work out, you use different equipment, and other people use the same equipment too, so when you perform a set, your bacteria mix with the bacteria of others.
